The blend pulls six- and seven-year rye from warehouses A and H in Bardstown, and it leans deliberately sweet rather than sharp — a low-rye philosophy that puts caramel, butterscotch, and toasted oak ahead of pepper heat. The release was limited to 623 cases, and bottles move quickly when they surface. Pour it neat and give the glass ten minutes; the sweetness opens into baking spice.
