Wolves Rye Whiskey and Hop 750 ml

Rye and Hop is exactly what the name promises: a Wolves rye whiskey with hops in the picture, which is the sort of thing you get from a brand whose founders came out of the craft beer and sneaker worlds. Hops bring a bitter, aromatic top note that most whiskey simply does not have, all pine, citrus peel and a little resin sitting over the grain. Underneath, the whiskey runs to caramel, black pepper and dry cereal, and the finish is bitter-sweet and long with the hop character hanging on. Drink it neat to follow the hops, or stir it into a Manhattan.
