Master Distiller Marko Karakasevic, 13th generation, runs the still in Sonoma County. The heavy pilsner content pushes a bold, dark-chocolate and coffee character through the mid-palate, with orange bitters trailing into a long finish. Bottled at 104 proof. This is a genuinely unusual whiskey built from beer-still lineage rather than bourbon or rye tradition. Pour it neat to taste the blend fully.
