Woodford Reserve Holiday Edition 2025 is the distillery's annual gift-season dress for its Kentucky straight bourbon, made at the old stone distillery on Glenn's Creek in Versailles. The label changes every year while the whiskey inside keeps the house character that comes from triple distillation in copper pot stills and maturation in heavily toasted, charred oak. Expect dried fruit and orange peel on the nose, then a palate of caramel, baking spice and toasted grain with the cocoa note Woodford is known for, closing dry and gently spiced. It is the easiest bourbon on the shelf to hand over wrapped. Pour it neat, or build a proper old fashioned with an orange twist.
