Woodinville Barrel-Finished Maple Old Fashioned is a ready-to-drink cocktail: a full Old Fashioned, mixed and bottled, that you pour over ice. Woodinville Whiskey Co. builds it on the same Washington straight bourbon it's known for, sweetens with real maple syrup instead of sugar, and rounds it out with orange bitters. What sets it apart is the finish — the whole batched cocktail goes back into a barrel that once held the distillery's bourbon, so the oak reads as depth rather than a splash of syrup on top. It lands bourbon-forward, with maple sweetness, caramel, and warm baking spice held in check by the bitters. At 80 proof it drinks like a bar Old Fashioned, not a soft canned one. One bottle pours about twelve.
