About this bottle
One barrel, one run of bottles: Wyatt Earp Barrel Aged Single Barrel is a cask-strength American single malt whiskey from World Whiskey Society, drawn straight from individual barrels with proof varying release to release. The mash is 100% malted barley, and the uncut bottling keeps the malt's weight intact — dark chocolate and malty sweetness on the nose, fig and white pepper through the middle, an oily, long-legged finish that hangs on. Because every barrel is its own release, expect the numbers on your label to differ from the next. The Western branding runs thick, but the liquid underneath is a legitimately stout single malt. Give it a splash of water and a slow evening; cask-strength malt rewards patience.
How to drink Wyatt Earp Barrel Aged Single Barrel
Beyond neat, it holds up in an Old Fashioned built with a light hand on the sugar, since the malt's own sweetness does some of the work. Just don't expect two bottles from different barrels to taste identical.

Questions about this bottle
How should Wyatt Earp Barrel Aged Single Barrel be served?
Pour it neat or with a few drops of water in a rocks glass; the cask strength benefits from a little water to tame the proof and let the malt character show.
