Xoloitzcuintle Blanco is a 100% blue agave tequila produced in Jalisco, Mexico, named for the ancient hairless dog breed native to the region. Like other unaged blancos, it's distilled and bottled without rest, letting the raw agave character come through clean, with the region's spring water forming the backbone of the mash. It's aimed at the mixing side of the tequila market — a straightforward blanco meant for margaritas and other citrus-forward cocktails rather than sipping.
