Yellowstone Old Fashioned is a ready-poured version of the drink, built around the bourbon made at Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky, where the Beam family revived the Yellowstone name. The cocktail is mixed, bottled and left to rest so the whiskey, sugar and bitters have already married by the time you open it: no measuring, no muddling, no stirring over ice for a full minute while your guests wait. The nose is orange peel and caramel; the palate carries vanilla, brown sugar and baking spice over the bourbon's toasted oak; the finish is dry. Pour two ounces over one large cube and twist an orange on top.
