Yéyo Reposado Rosa Tequila 750ml

Yéyo Reposado Rosa is a rested tequila from Jalisco that arrives with a rose-pink cast rather than the straw gold most reposados wear. Reposado means time in oak, enough to round out the agave and pick up colour and spice, but not enough to bury the raw material under wood. The nose is cooked agave and red berry with vanilla sitting behind it; the palate is soft and lightly sweet, strawberry and cherry running over caramel, citrus peel and gentle oak spice; the finish is smooth and warm. Serve it neat in a copita, over one large cube, or in a margarita that needs no help with colour.
