Yéyo Tequila Reposado 750ml

Yéyo Tequila Reposado is the rested expression from the Jalisco brand, aged in oak long enough to take on colour and softness while keeping the agave firmly in charge. Reposado is the middle ground of tequila: more rounded than a blanco, less wood-driven than an añejo, and the most forgiving of the three across a range of drinks. The nose is cooked agave, vanilla and orange peel; the palate is smooth and lightly sweet, with caramel, baked apple and a touch of cinnamon over a clean agave core; the finish is warm and gently spiced. Neat in a copita, or in a margarita on the rocks.
