Zumbador Tequila Blanco is an unaged blue agave tequila from Mexico, bottled clear so nothing stands between the spirit and the plant it came from. Blanco is the reference point for any tequila lineup: no barrel, no rest, just cooked agave and fermentation character in the glass. Expect a nose of roasted agave, citrus peel and a little wet earth, a palate that runs sweet and vegetal with black pepper and lime through the middle, and a clean, mineral finish with gentle heat behind it. Pour it chilled alongside sangrita, or use it as the base of a margarita or Paloma where the agave still reads clearly.
