Wyatt Earp Small Batch is an American single malt whiskey from World Whiskey Society, distilled from a mash bill of 100% malted barley at an undisclosed Oklahoma distillery. Dark chocolate and citrus lead the nose, with vanilla and a malty sweetness underneath; the palate carries that chocolate through with fig, white pepper, and a spritz of mint over an oily mouthfeel and a long finish. Bottled at 96 proof, 48% ABV. Despite the frontier-outlaw branding, this is squarely a single malt play rather than a bourbon, closer in style to a young Scotch than anything sourced from Kentucky. Pour it neat to follow the spice through the finish.

Virginia Distillery Co.'s Goose Island Bourbon County Stout Cask Finish is an American single malt with an imperial-stout education. Part of the Brewer's Coalition series, the whisky spends more than five years in ex-bourbon casks before finishing in barrels that held Goose Island's legendary Bourbon County Brand Stout — just twenty of them for the 2025 edition. Made from 100% malted barley and bottled-in-bond at 100 proof, it pours mocha-forward and layered: dark chocolate and roasted malt up front, vanilla cream and toffee through the middle, coffee bean and molasses trailing a long, sweet-savory finish.
