Torres 10 Reserva Imperial is distilled from wine in Penedes, Catalonia and then aged roughly ten years in a solera of American oak, the tiered blending system that keeps every bottling tasting like the last. Vanilla, dried apricot and orange peel come first, the palate fills out with toffee, raisin and cinnamon, and the finish is warm with a light nuttiness.
