Beefeater Pink is a strawberry-flavored gin from Beefeater, the historic London Dry gin distilled in the city since 1863. It starts from Beefeater's classic London Dry base — juniper, citrus peel and root botanicals — and adds natural strawberry flavoring on top, bottled at a lower 37.5% ABV than the standard London Dry. Expect juniper and citrus underneath a clear strawberry sweetness, with a lighter, fruitier finish than the flagship gin.
How to drink Beefeater Pink
A gin and tonic with fresh strawberries is the obvious match, though it also works well topped simply with soda and lime.
