Citadelle Gin 750 ml

Citadelle Gin is distilled in Cognac, France, by Maison Ferrand, using 19 botanicals — juniper, coriander, orange and lemon peel, orris root, cinnamon, and more — steeped separately before a single pot-still distillation. It was one of the first gins to lean into that European, botanical-heavy style rather than the stripped-down British approach, and it's bottled at 88 proof for real backbone in a cocktail. Expect a warmer, spicier profile than a typical London Dry, with cinnamon and citrus peel standing out alongside the juniper. Maison Ferrand also ages a barrel-rested version, but this is the standard bottling.

How to drink Citadelle Gin

Try it in a French 75 — the spice and citrus play well with Champagne and lemon. It also makes a warmer, more autumnal Martini than a straight London Dry would.
