About this bottle
Silent Pool is a London Dry gin from Silent Pool Distillers, distilled with 24 botanicals on the Duke of Northumberland's Albury Estate in the Surrey Hills. Local touches — lavender, chamomile, elderflower, honey — sit alongside classic gin botanicals like juniper, angelica root, and grains of paradise, building a floral, faintly sweet gin that still leads with juniper. Bottled at 43% ABV. The name comes from the spring-fed pool on the estate where the water is drawn. A gin built for a classic G&T with a slice of lime, or a Martini for drinkers who want more floral character than a straight London Dry usually gives.
How to drink Silent Pool
Build a G&T with a slice of lime rather than lemon, which plays better against the lavender and elderflower. It also makes a rounder, more floral Martini for drinkers who find a straight London Dry too austere.

Questions about this bottle
What's the best way to serve Silent Pool Gin?
In a Gin and Tonic with a light tonic water, which lets the lavender and chamomile notes come through rather than getting buried.
What cocktails work well with Silent Pool Gin?
Its floral character makes a lovely French 75, and it works well in a Martini for drinkers who want something less juniper-forward.
Where does the name Silent Pool come from?
The distillery takes its name from a spring-fed pool on its Surrey Hills estate, and uses water drawn from that same source in production.
