Fundador Supremo Oloroso Sherry Cask is a Brandy de Jerez from the house of Fundador, one of the founding names of Spanish brandy production in Jerez, Andalucia. This 18-year collection is aged using the traditional solera system in European oak casks that previously held Oloroso sherry, a method that blends brandies of different ages together and lets the sherry-soaked wood carry its own dried-fruit and nutty character into the spirit. Expect a refined, fruity, and floral profile built on the sweet and dry solera blend rather than a single vintage.
