Nathan "Nearest" Green was the man who taught Jack Daniel to distil — an enslaved and later freed distiller, and the first known Black master distiller in America. His name sat outside the official story for over a century while the whiskey he shaped became one of the most recognised products on earth. This bottle puts it back where it belongs. The history is the reason it's here; the whiskey is the reason it stays.

Nose: maple, toasted pecan, green banana. Palate: sweet and soft, with that Tennessee charcoal cleanness. Finish: nutty and quick.
