Rum Punch
Rum Punch is dark rum, pineapple, blood orange, lime and simple syrup, shaken and served over ice with a pineapple slice. Rich rum and tropical fruit, with blood orange adding color and tartness. It is the Caribbean's party drink and the right call for Labor Day weekend.

Batching dilution
When you batch, there's no ice melting in a shaker, so you add the water yourself: 18% for spirit-forward drinks, 25% for shaken ones.
