Alipus San Juan Del Rio Mezcal 750 ml

Alipus San Juan Del Rio Mezcal is a small-batch mezcal made from 100% Espadin agave. It is produced in the village of San Juan del Rio, located in the Oaxaca region of Mexico. The agave is cooked in an underground oven for three days, then crushed with a horse-drawn tahona. The juice is fermented in open-air wooden vats and double-distilled in copper stills. The result is a smoky, earthy mezcal with notes of cooked agave, citrus, and herbs. Enjoy it neat or in a classic mezcal cocktail.
