Arlow Rosé is a 750ml pink wine with little producer information on the label, so these notes describe the style rather than a specific vineyard. Rosé is made by leaving red grape juice on its skins for hours rather than days, long enough to take color and red fruit but not tannin, and the good ones stay dry. Expect wild strawberry, white peach and citrus blossom on the nose, a palate of red berries and melon with a saline lift, and a crisp, short finish. It is a warm-weather bottle first. Serve it properly cold, with grilled shrimp, a salad, or nothing at all.
