Bosscal Mezcal Joven is a premium mezcal made from 100% Espadin agave, a type of agave plant harvested in Oaxaca, Mexico. This mezcal is produced using traditional methods, including roasting the agave hearts in an underground pit oven, crushing them with a tahona stone wheel, fermenting the juices in wooden vats, and distilling in copper pot stills. The result is a smooth and complex mezcal with notes of smoke, earth, citrus, and pepper. It has a slightly sweet and fruity aroma, with a balanced and smoky flavor profile. This Joven (young) mezcal is unaged, allowing the natural flavors of the agave to shine through. B
