Bradshaw Bourbon 12 year 750ml

Bradshaw Bourbon 12 Year is the aged expression in the Kentucky straight bourbon line that carries Terry Bradshaw's name, and twelve years is a serious number on a shelf where most bottles no longer state an age at all. Long maturation in new charred oak pulls the spirit darker and drier: the nose is dark caramel, dried cherry and old leather; the palate brings toffee, baking spice, orange peel and a firm run of oak tannin; the finish is long, drying and faintly smoky. Drink this one neat, or with a few drops of water to open it up, and leave the cocktails to the younger bottles.
