Camus Cognac XO is an aged Cognac from Camus, one of the last major family-owned Cognac houses, known for sourcing eaux-de-vie from the Borderies subregion in addition to the more commonly used Grande and Petite Champagne areas - Borderies brings a distinctive violet and nutty character not found in most other Cognac houses' blends. As an XO, it's aged a minimum of 10 years. Expect a nose of dried fruit, floral violet, and rich oak, a full, elegant palate, and a long, warm finish.
