This Zach Thomas Elite Edition is a 100% New York State straight bourbon whiskey from Cooperstown Distillery, released under its football-themed Canton Distillery brand and selected by Pro Football Hall of Famer Zach Thomas. It's made from a four-grain mash of 65% corn and 35% oats, rye, and barley, aged in new charred oak barrels and bottled at 100 proof. Expect clove and allspice up front, settling into burnt caramel, butterscotch, and honey on the finish.
