Casa Don Ramon Tequila Don Ramón Ceramica Special Edition Reposado 750ml

Casa Don Ramón's reposado in a hand-finished ceramic bottle, released as part of the brand's Cerámica special edition. The liquid is blue Weber agave tequila from Jalisco, rested in oak long enough to round the edges while leaving the agave in charge. Expect cooked agave and vanilla on the nose, then a palate of butterscotch, cooked pear, light oak and a peppery snap at the back, finishing warm and gently sweet. The opaque ceramic shields the tequila from light, which suits a bottle destined to stay on display. Serve it neat in a copita, or build a margarita that can carry a little oak.
