The King of Country's pick rests eighteen months in French white oak barrels that previously held Napa Valley Cabernet, and that cask choice layers ripe fruit, oak, and vanilla over lowlands agave grown around Amatitán. The finish comes through smooth with a late touch of spice. The distillery adds nothing — no sweeteners, coloring, or flavoring — and this is a genuinely limited edition release.
