Del Maguey San Jose Rio Minas 750 ml

The Del Maguey San Jose Rio Minas mezcal is a special reserve mezcal produced from a blend of seven varieties of hand-roasted agaves: Tepeztate, Topio, diablito, barril, tizana, cuizhe and tobasiche. The agaves are hand-roasted and fermented in clay and wood barrels over a period of 25 days before being distilled in copper pots. The mezcal has a smoky, slightly sweet flavour with notes of vanilla, tobacco and spice. It is best enjoyed neat or in classic cocktails.
