Dino Sparkling Rose is a pink sparkling wine in the 750ml bottle, the sort of thing that gets opened on a patio rather than saved for an anniversary. The color comes from brief contact with red grape skins before pressing, which is also where the strawberry and redcurrant character comes from, and the bubbles keep the whole thing light on its feet. Wild strawberry, red apple skin and rose petal on the nose; redcurrant, citrus and soft berry fruit on the palate; a crisp, dry, refreshing finish. Serve it well chilled on its own, alongside charcuterie or grilled shrimp, or top it with a splash of aperitivo.
