Dona Loca Tequila Reposado 750ml

Dona Loca Reposado is a blue weber agave tequila from Jalisco that has rested in oak somewhere between two months and a year, the window the reposado designation sets. That is enough wood to take the edge off the spirit and add a little colour, but not so much that the agave gets covered up, which is why reposado is the everyday middle of most tequila ranges. The nose is cooked agave with light vanilla and citrus oil. The palate brings agave and honey with butterscotch and a peppery lift, and the finish is soft and warm. Sip it neat, or make an aged-tequila old fashioned.
