Eden Mill Golf Gin (New Label) 700 ml

Eden Mill Golf Gin comes from the distillery at St Andrews in Fife, which is roughly the only address in the world entitled to put a golf gin on the shelf. Eden Mill has been one of the more inventive Scottish gin producers since it started, running a long list of small releases alongside its core range, and this one leans contemporary rather than austere London dry. The nose is juniper, citrus peel and soft floral botanicals. The palate is pine and lemon with a gentle herbal sweetness, and the finish is clean, dry and lightly floral. Serve it with a good tonic over plenty of ice and a wedge of pink grapefruit.
