Elijah Craig Small Batch is Heaven Hill's flagship Kentucky straight bourbon, married from a limited number of barrels rather than a whole warehouse floor, and this 2024 PGA edition carries championship golf livery on the label. The liquid is the everyday benchmark the brand is known for: aged in new charred oak in Kentucky rickhouses and built for balance rather than force. The nose is vanilla, caramel and a little toasted oak; the palate brings brown sugar, cinnamon, orchard fruit and a wisp of smoke; the finish is warm, medium-length and gently spiced.
