Decoded: the E mash bill runs 75% corn, 20% rye, 5% malted barley, and the Q yeast is the floral one — lavender, honeysuckle, rose petal. In the glass that reads as dried apricot and honey over blossom, vanilla custard and brown sugar on a sweet, easy palate, floral up front and candied at the core.
