It is a blend of malted and unmalted barley, aged for a minimum of 7 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The whiskey has a deep golden color and a complex aroma of honey, toasted oak, and dried fruit. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and dried fruit. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of spice.
