Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilege 750ml

Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège is a cognac blended from a large number of eaux-de-vie drawn across the Charentais growth areas, then aged in French oak so the wood speaks without shouting. The style dates back to 1817, when the house built an early version of it for the future King George IV, and the shape of the blend has stayed recognisable ever since. Dried apricot, clove and vanilla on the nose; a palate of candied orange, honey and toasted almond; a finish where oak spice and a faint cinnamon warmth settle in. Bottled at 40% ABV. Serve it neat in a tulip glass, over one large cube, or as the backbone of a Sidecar.
