Licor 43 Creme Brulee 750 ML

Licor 43 is the Spanish liqueur from Cartagena built on a recipe of forty-three botanicals, with vanilla and citrus doing most of the talking, and this version leans that profile all the way into dessert. Creme Brulee takes the same vanilla backbone and adds the burnt-sugar top of the pudding it is named after, giving a sweeter, creamier drink than the original. The nose is vanilla custard, caramelised sugar and a thread of citrus; the palate is sweet and creamy with warm spice behind it; the finish is rich and unapologetically dessert-like. Serve it cold in a small glass, over ice, or poured over vanilla ice cream.
