Maat Soju Pineapple is a flavoured soju, clear and low in strength, infused with pineapple for a tropical, easy-drinking take on the Korean-style spirit. The nose is ripe pineapple and a little sugar; the palate is light and juicy, with tropical fruit over a clean neutral base and a tartness that stops the whole thing turning cloying; the finish is short, sweet and bright. The 375ml bottle is meant to be shared cold across a table rather than nursed.
