Maat Soju Watermelon is a flavoured soju, the clear Korean-style spirit bottled at low strength and infused with watermelon, the most summer-facing flavour in the range and usually the first to disappear from the fridge. The nose is fresh-cut watermelon with a touch of candy sweetness; the palate is light and juicy, with melon over a clean neutral base and almost no burn; the finish is short, sweet and refreshing. Pour it cold into small glasses with grilled meat, or serve it over crushed ice with a pinch of salt and a lime wedge for something closer to a proper cocktail.
