Maat Soju Yogurt 375 ML

Maat Soju Yogurt is a flavoured soju built around the tangy drinking-yoghurt flavour that Korean bars have been mixing into soju by hand for years, here made up in advance and bottled. It reads creamy on the palate without drinking heavy, which is the trick the style depends on. The nose is sweet yoghurt with a little citrus behind it; the palate is soft, tangy and lightly sweet, with a lactic note over a clean base and no real heat; the finish is short and creamy. Serve it very cold in small glasses, or shake it with ice and a splash of soda for a fizzy, dessert-leaning drink.
