Macallan The Harmony Coillection 750ml

The Macallan Harmony Collection is a limited annual release from the Speyside distillery, each edition pairing a single malt with packaging built from repurposed natural material, cacao husk and coffee bean husk among them. The whisky follows the house style closely: matured in sherry-seasoned oak, unpeated, and bottled without an age statement. Expect dried fruit, orange peel and vanilla on the nose; a full, sweet palate of raisin, dark chocolate and gentle oak spice; and a long, warm finish that sits on the sweeter side of the Speyside spectrum. Pour it neat in a copita or Glencairn at room temperature, with a small splash of water if you want it to open.
