Mangata Mavroudi is a white Greek wine produced by Diamantis Winery in northern Greece. It is made from 85% Assyrtiko, 10% Malagousia, and 5% Sauvignon Blanc grapes and aged for three months in new and used barriques. This medium-bodied wine features aromas of citrus, tropical fruit, and wet stone, and it has a crisp, refreshing finish. Mangata Mavroudi is best served chilled and is delicious when paired with seafood dishes.
