Château Minuty is one of the best-known estates in Côtes de Provence, based near Gassin on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, and its rosé blends Grenache, Cinsault, Tibouren, and Rolle grown on south-facing slopes above the Mediterranean. The wine pours pale, almost translucent pink, with a nose of white flowers, citrus, and a hint of white peach. On the palate it's dry, precise, and elegant, with fine acidity and a long, saline finish that carries the coastal influence. This is a benchmark Provence rosé — the bottle for someone who wants the wine the region built its reputation on rather than a newer imitator.
