Rhum Clement Bana Canne Liqueur 700ml

Bana Canne is a banana liqueur from Rhum Clément, built on the estate's Martinique agricole rhum rather than on neutral spirit, which means the cane character underneath is real instead of a sweet carrier for the fruit. Clément has been making flavoured rhums at Le François for generations, and this follows the same logic as their orange shrubb. The nose is ripe banana and cane syrup; the palate is sweet but not cloying, with baked banana, vanilla and a grassy rhum lift through the middle; the finish is short and clean. Use it in a daiquiri or a tiki build, or pour it short over ice.
