Sazerac de Forge Grande Champagne Vintage 2000 is a single-cask, single-harvest cognac from Sazerac de Forge & Fils, a house tracing to 1782 that was revived in 2019 by the Sazerac Company, the group behind Buffalo Trace Distillery. This bottling rested more than two decades in French oak before being bottled undiluted and unblended, sourced entirely from Grande Champagne, Cognac's most prized growing cru. Bottled at 44.8% ABV. Deep gold in color, it carries ripe stone fruit and exotic florals with delicate spice across a full, rounded texture. This is the domaine's first single-vintage release under its revived label, built for serious cognac collectors. Pour it neat in a tulip glass.
