Solento Organic Anejo Tequila 375 ml

Solento Añejo is the aged expression of a certified organic tequila made from estate agave in Jalisco, a brand built on slow, additive-free production rather than heavy branding. Añejo means at least a year in oak, and that year shows in colour and in weight: cooked agave, vanilla, dried fruit and oak on the nose, then butterscotch, baked apple and warm spice across a soft palate that still lets the agave through. The finish is long and gently sweet without turning into candy. This half bottle is a good way in. Drink it neat in a copita after dinner, the way you would treat a decent brandy.
