Tin City Premium bourbon 750ml

Tin City Bourbon is made at the small Paso Robles distillery set among the winemakers and brewers of the Central Coast warehouse district it takes its name from. Bourbon aged on California's Central Coast lives a different life to bourbon aged in Kentucky: warm days and cool coastal nights push the spirit in and out of the wood on a different rhythm. The nose is vanilla, corn sweetness and toasted oak; the palate brings caramel and baking spice with an orchard fruit edge; the finish is warm and oaky. Drink it neat to read the barrel, then put it in an old fashioned with an orange peel.
