Tin City Vodka 750ml

Tin City Vodka is made at the small Paso Robles distillery that took its name from the Central Coast warehouse district where it sits, elbow to elbow with winemakers and brewers. Craft vodka gets judged on what it does not have, and this one is built for a soft mouthfeel rather than a scrubbed-neutral one, so a little grain character is left in. The nose is clean grain with a faint sweetness; the palate is soft and rounded with light citrus and gentle warmth; the finish is crisp and short. Keep it in the freezer and pour it neat, or use it in a martini or a mule where clarity matters.
