Tobermory 21 Year is a cask-strength single malt from the Isle of Mull's only distillery, given a finishing stretch in Manzanilla sherry casks — the driest, most coastal of sherries, matured by the sea at Sanlúcar. That pairing is the point: two decades of unpeated Hebridean spirit meets a cask that tastes of salt air.
