Vista Blanco is unaged tequila, bottled clear and close to how it came off the still, which is the most honest way to taste what a distillery is actually doing with its agave. With no barrel to hide behind, the cooked agave sits front and center, backed by the pepper and citrus that the still and the fermentation contribute. Expect a nose of roasted agave, lime zest and black pepper, a clean palate of sweet agave, green herbs and white pepper, and a crisp, peppery finish.
