Wildrye Premium Vodka 1L

WildRye Premium Vodka is the house pour from a small Bozeman, Montana distillery, made for mixing rather than for study. It is a clean, neutral style: faint grain sweetness and a whisper of citrus on the nose, a soft round texture across the palate with very little burn, and a short finish that clears the glass quickly. There is nothing showy about it, which is rather the point, since it stays out of the way of whatever you are building. Serve it straight from the freezer with a twist, or pour it into a Bloody Mary, a mule, or a vodka soda.
